Every day, members of our community show what it means to have the Heart of a Spartan — resilience, generosity, and unwavering support for others. This campaign is your opportunity to honor someone who inspires you while fueling Helping Hands, MHSAA’s emergency aid program for Spartans facing unexpected hardships.
Make a donation in honor of someone meaningful — a classmate, houseparent, mentor, teacher, or fellow Spartan. Based on your gift level, we’ll recognize your tribute.
Your support goes directly toward providing essentials like housing, food, medical care, and emergency transportation to a spartan in need.

Must be a dues paying member of the MHSAA.

For your convenience we charge a flat rate of $10 for shipping. This flat rate allows us to offset the cost of shipping and the administrative time for packaging and shipping.

Custom MHSAA PA License Plate
Show your Spartan pride everywhere you drive with the official Milton Hershey School Alumni Association (MHSAA) Pennsylvania license plate! This special edition plate proudly features the MHSAA logo and is available exclusively to alumni and friends of the school.
Once you complete your payment, you’ll be automatically redirected to the required PennDOT license plate application. Simply download and fill out the form, then email or mail it to our office so we can process it on your behalf.
